Six Days Old!

Six days old and ready to go shopping! We went to Target to pick up a few items we needed and then out to Panera Bread for lunch. He looked so cute I couldn't resist. He is so good and McKell is doing great! Our week together has been so fun. A ton of learning experiences, walks, and nights up. All of them have been great! The week has gone by to fast but I know they need to get on with life and I need to let them. They are a fun family and I'm looking forward to watching them grow and learn together!

Grandma Annie

p.s. Grandpa missed us all. He came home from his hunting trip in Wyoming and flew down to Vegas to see us all. He's a great guy!

Preparing for a new addition

McKell and Brandon called on Tuesday, October 9, 2007. They were on their way to the hospital. Ross picked me up from work and we head straight down to Vegas. We got there about midnight and stayed at the hospital until about 3:00. They gave McKell an epidural and said it would be awhile so we went back to their house with our cell phones in hand. Brandon called at about 7:00 a.m. and said she was ready to go. We got back over to the hospital around 8:30 and by 1:45 the doctor said enough and did a c-section. Everything went very well and everyone is doing fine.
Here's the big guy! Not Brandon, he's the new dad. Meet our newest addition to the family - Ryker Gail Parkinson. He is just beautiful! He's a big guy, 8 lbs 9 oz. and 21 inches. He is so sweet and cuddley! I get to come and stay for a week and am looking so forward to it!
Wishing this new family good luck! We love them all!

All camoed out!

It was conference Sunday Camille, Russ, Teigun, Tyson and Taige came to have Sunday breakfast. Tyson wanted to wear grandpa's camo clothes. Doesn't matter the size as long as it is camo, we are good to go!

Tyson's date night!

We take each of the boys out for a date night. This was Tyson's. We watched "Man From Snowy River" and had spider pancakes. Tyson decided about halfway through the movie that he wanted to go to Cabela's and shoot the guns. Grandpa doesn't usually participate in the date night but when Cabela's was mentioned, he was there! We went and looked at the fish and shoot the guns upstairs. On our way down he saw the moose and wanted to sit by it but wouldn't without grandpa. We all had a great time!

Three little monkeys swinging in a tree!

My aunt Evelyn's funeral was a beautiful day. The boys were having a hard time at the services so Russ and I took them outside. We found this tree across the street at the church. They thought it would be cool to be up that high. Russ put them in the tree and I took the picture. For being a funeral, they were having a great time. Every funeral should be so fun. She was a great lady!

Camping trip with the 3 T's (Teigun, Tyson & Taige)

We took the three boys camping for the weekend in Coalville. Grandpa took Teigun fishing while Tyson and Taige watched "The Cowboys" and took a nap. We all had a great time. This was night time getting ready to watch a movie.

Life becomes so busy that sometimes I only have time to talk to anyone after 10:00 p.m. My girls thought this would be good so we could stay in touch. I do work a lot but my family is my life. I look forward to keeping in touch with others through these new fangled electronic programs.
